A few drops of Lavender essential oil will add an extra element of calm to your bath, will promote peaceful sleep, and, ease feelings of tension. This indeed magical essential oil is known to improve skin and reduce anxiety and depression. Vanilla oil has been used as a home remedy since the 17th century for added nutrition and has proven very effective in relieving anxiety and depression. Vanilla oil lowers blood pressure, alleviates muscle tension, and has a calming effect on the brain, which helps with stress, insomnia, and irritability.

How to use:
Shake well before Use. Spray the pillow & the room before going to sleep or when desire to relax and rest. Mist on to your pillow and/or bedsheets before bed. We do not recommend spraying directly on linens belonging to a pet or a child under the age of 2.

This is perfect for sleep as the lavender has a very calming smell and helps you to feel relaxed. I love using this after a shower at night to put on my pillow. I highly recommend this!
